Uzunov Consulting takes into the uttermost consideration the protection, safeguard and respect of the privacy of its customers, collaborators and partners and it acts to ensure that access to data is consistent, transparent and secured for all the actors involved in the fruition of its services.

Uzunov Consulting will never share, sale or disclose any personal information collected throughout any interaction with its customers, collaborators or partners unless this information is clearly stated as part of an explicit agreement for the service provided and it is strictly necessary to its functioning, or it is required by Swiss Law. 

What data do we collect?

Uzunov Consulting collects the following data, according to the services you access :

  • Personal identification information, such as: name, email address, phone number, profession, date of birth, nationality, residency
  • Financial information, when submitted via tax submission forms, such as: civil status, tax payer number, bank accounts statements, health insurance certificates, financial portfolios, et al.
  • Accounting documents, when uploaded into the cloud.uzunov.ch
  • Login accesses to its systems
  • Aggregated statistics information abourt the use of its online services (example: which pages are more frequently accessed, how many times a form has been submitted, and so forth)
  • Visitors information to websites and online services, in particular: number and frequency of visits by time, IPs and provenance of visitors

How do we collect your data?

You directly and explicitly provide Uzunov Consulting with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you :

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services
  • Voluntarily complete a tax form, an upload form in the cloud.uzunov.ch, a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards, forms or via email
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies
  • Access any of our systems with your login credentials

How will we use your data?

Uzunov Consulting collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account
  • Email you with information about our activities, events for which you have subscribed
  • Email you with important notes related to the security of your accounts or your privacy
  • Email you with responses and 

When Uzunov Consulting processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases

How do we store your data?

Uzunov Consulting stores and processes all your data in Switzerland in Infomaniak Data Centers. Infomaniak is ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified and since 2015 has commissioned the greenest datacenter in Switzerland which requires no air conditioning and is powered exclusively by renewable energies. Uzunov Consulting will keep your data for a maximum period of 5 years unless:

  • Swiss Law requires differently
  • They are still strictly necessary to provide you a service that you requested

Once this time period has expired Uzunov Consulting will delete your data.

Marketing

Uzunov Consulting would like to send you information about products, services, events, research or publications, related to its services. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you can always unsubscribe at a later date. You also have the right at any time to prevent Uzunov Consulting from contacting you for marketing purposes.

What are your data protection rights?

Uzunov Consulting would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request Uzunov Consulting for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Uzunov Consulting correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Uzunov Consulting to complete the information you believe is incomplete
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Uzunov Consulting erase your personal data, under certain conditions
