QuickTax Platform Guidelines

What is it?

Uzunov QuickTax platform is an online form designed to help you send all the required information for your tax return.

What information and documents I need for my submission?

First you need your tax identification number (see example below for Canton de Genève and Canton Vaud)

Then you have to collect all the documents concerning your tax situation: bank statement, salary certificate, insurance papers, etc.

Here is the checklist with the requested papers :

(*) If any of the following documents is not relevant to your situation, please ignore it

• Salary certificates (for employees only)

• Balance sheet and P&L (for freelancers only)*

• Unemployment revenues (if unemployment)*

• 3rd pillar A*

• 2nd pillar buy back*

• Life Insurance or 3rd pillar B*

• Health insurance certificate

• Loan certificate*

• Medical fees not covered by your health insurance

• Donation certificate in Switzerland*

• Tuition fees*

• Mortgage details (loan statement)*

• Certificate for the acquisition of real estate (taxe foncière and taxe d’habitation document for France)*

• Invoices for real estate maintenance works*

• Baby‐sitting fees*

• Other Revenues in Switzerland or abroad (dividends, rent etc.)

• Familiy Allowance*

• Bank statements with the balance on the 31st of December

• Bank fees

• Other Assets (financial assets, art, cash etc.)*

In which format do I have to provide the documents?

Scan your documents or take a picture with your smartphone but don’t forget to convert the files you send via this form into .pdf

Sharing files with us in .pdf will ensure a faster and safer processing of your dossier.

I don’t have all the files, is it a problem?

If any of these documents is missing do not worry.

Make sure you leave your email address in the form for a feedback and Uzunov Consulting will contact you to request any clarification necessary.
