Our company was established in Geneva in 2013 and since then, we are on a mission to help expats and international entrepreneurs to set up and grow their activities in Switzerland.

From the very beginning, our objective was to build not just an accounting firm. We wanted to become a professional hub – a network of tax, accounting, legal and HR professionals who provide a point of contact with Swiss administration and business.

Georgi Uzunov

Founder and Managing Director

Georgi is the Founder and Managing director of the company. He combines more than 15 years of experience both with multinational and SME companies in Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.

Education: Master and Training in International Business, Accounting and Taxation (University of Geneva / INSEEC Paris / Università di Roma Tor Vergata)

Laure Reymond

HR Senior Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll and Swiss social insurance, Laure is a federally certified HR and payroll specialist. Combining technical expertise with a strong ability to listen and provide practical solutions, she supports clients in managing their HR matters and contributes to the sustainable development of their businesses.

Kevin Schmidt

Accounting and Tax Manager

Kevin brings over 10 years of experience as an accounting manager in multinational and accounting companies in Switzerland. In his role with us, he is responsible for overseeing our accounting and tax processes.

Giulia Ciaffa-Piccone

Senior Accountant

Giulia is our Senior Accountant, bringing over 20 years of experience in the banking, trust, and accounting sectors. As a key member of our team, she oversees accounting processes and coordinates with our accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Operations Manager

Mikaël is our operations manager with a Finance background. He’s responsible to implement the right processes and practices across the organization and he makes sure we are on the same page with our partners.

Administrative assistant

Marc supports our team and actively contributes to administrative and organisational tasks. His energy and attention to detail help ensure the smooth running of our internal processes and the effective support of our clients.

HR Assistant

Nando Stauffer von May’s practice is focused on corporate and trade law, transport law, insurance and insurance supervision law and data protection law. As a notary public of the Canton of Bern he mainly authenticates deeds for the Commerical Registries in the German and French part of Switzerland. As an attorney-at-law Nando Stauffer von May mainly represents insurance and reinsurance companies as well as transportation companies before Swiss Civil Courts as well as before international arbitration courts. As a data protection officer he advises domestic and foreign companies.
